We take 1-3 working days to process your order but we are committed to ensure it is on its way before that. All products should reach you within 5-7 working days through our preferred courier partner DELHIVERY & E-COM EXPRESS. For remote locations we ship through Speed Post. However, in situations beyond sareevenue.com's control there may be circumstances, when there is a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
How do I know if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?
The COD facility and courier service is available in most parts of India. However, if you are unsure, we had provided an option to check your PIN code service in your area by entering PIN or you can email us at email@example.com and provide your PIN code. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of COD option in this area.
Please see rejection of COD shipment would result in baring of services for your account.
We provide shipping all over the world. If you would like to place an order, you can simply place an order and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the products and quantities that you would like and we would be glad to provide you with the shipping charges and details for the same. Once your order has been confirmed, payment can be made by paypal, money transer, mastercard, maestro or visa.
Out of Service Locations:
Out of Service Locations – As our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. There are also instances that the cash on delivery option may not be available in your pin code. In such cases, you could use online payment option. We assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount excluding discount coupons (if used any).
All items purchased cannot be returned once delivered, unless the product is faulty or defective. If you are facing any such issues you can contact our customer care via email email@example.com or simply fill up the Returns form given under Customer Service in the footer of the website and we will call you back as soon as possible to process an exchange or return.
Please see returns or exchanges must be reported within 24hrs of recieving the product, post which our return policy won't be valid. All reported returns once approved must be shipped by the buyer on his own and mail us scan copy of the courier sending receipt. After dispatching parcel should be recieved back to our address within 10 working days, post which no exchanges or refunds would be allowed. Items must be returned in their original condition with the price tags, unworn with swing tags attached and clear poly bag intact.
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer itself & the customer is solely liable that the returned parcel reach us in defined timeframe and in good condition, we will not be liable in case of parcel lost while in transit or any mishandling.
Product exchange is subject to availability at the time of request. In the event of a product being out of stock, a refund will be given in the earliest possible timeframe.
In the event of any pricing error, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
Refunds will be in form of store coupons.
Returns & Exchanges are not valid for products priced at 1000 or less. Any product sold with under SALE or coupon code cannot be returned.
Product returns or exchange will be strictly based on the return policy if-
- The product delivered is faulty
- The product delivered is wrong (not as per order)
Product returns or exchange will not be based on the customer's like or dislike of the product. Hence it can't be returned or exchanged. In some cases, there might be slight variation in the design compared to original ordered product as designs keeps on changing as per lots.
Cash On Delivery (COD) orders can't be exchanged or returned.
