Refund Policy

All items purchased cannot be returned once delivered, unless the product is faulty or defective. If you are facing any such issues you can contact our customer care via email care@sareevenue.com  and we will reply you back as soon as possible to process an exchange or return.

Orders once placed can be cancelled by the customer until it is not shipped, once the product is shipped it can't be cancelled.

For order cancelled by the customer, refund will be done in the same way as they had paid for the order, but for orders once processed, refund will be done through Store Credits only.

Returns or exchanges must be reported within 24hrs of recieving the product, post which our return policy won't be valid. All reported returns once approved must be shipped by the buyer on his own and mail us scan copy of the courier sending receipt After dispatching parcel should be recieved back to our address within 10 working days, post which no exchanges or refunds would be allowed. Items must be returned in their original condition with the price tags, unworn with swing tags and clear poly bag intact.

Refund will be done in the next 10 days after receiving the returned product.

Return shipping is to be borne by the customer itself & the customer is solely liable that the returned parcel reach us in defined timeframe and in good condition, we will not be liable in case of parcel lost while in transit or any mishandling. 

In the event of any pricing error, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.

Product exchange is subject to availability at the time of request. In the event of a product being out of stock, a refund will be given in the earliest possible timeframe.

Refunds will be done in the same way as payment received or through an IMPS or Store Credit as in the case.

Returns & Exchanges are not valid for products priced at 1000 or less. Any product sold with under SALE or coupon code cannot be returned.

Product returns or exchange will be strictly based on the return policy if-

  • The product delivered is faulty
  • The product delivered is wrong (not as per order)

Product returns or exchange will not be based on the customer's like or dislike of the product. Hence it can't be returned or exchanged.

Cash On Delivery (COD) orders can't be returned or exchanged.
